Gravatar What a great little boy- handing out his own candy when you got low! I love it when kids are sweet

The pumpkins are a hoot! We didn't carve them this year- I just couldn't get into the mood- and we've been busy as all get-out!

So glad to hear your friend and his kids came over It shocks me when I see an old friend and their kids...makes me feel OLD!
Hugs Libby- and take care~

Gravatar Did you actually have candy enough for 250 trick-or-treaters? That's a feat in itself. Otherwise, you'd have to eat that much more of the leftovers.

Gravatar cora-it was neat to see them! but, his kids are YOUNGER than tif! his girl is 14, son is 10............compare that to tif, who sometimes goes out drinking at the bar he works at! so, just seeing my own daughter makes ME feel old!!

x-yes, it was a miracle i had enough candy!! but i was hoping there'd be some almond joys left...i even gave them out only toward the end, but, i was still f*'d on them!

Gravatar Glad you had a great Halloween. I also love the picture of the suicide pumpkin. Heh.

Gravatar I was going to "steal" that pumpkin idea and carve it fer the contest at the party this year, but, no competition showed up.
Dang!

I'll bet I ferget it by next halloween....

oh well.

Gravatar We don't have any trick or treaters in my neighborhood. Not like the old days at all. I'm glad you still have them in your town.

Gravatar I gave out candy at the College here - they invited children to campus for a safe treat... different departments (science, art, etc... ) put up different displays.

I haven't been able to man the door at my house for quite a few years (work! yuk-phooey! Always schedules me away...) When I DO have that special op. I give the GOOD stuff - king size candy bars, Little Debbie star crunches - umhummm!
*sighs*
ttyl!
