What a parallel universe...I also had a dream Sunday morning where I woke up sobbing, and it was such a painful dream I only remember a snippet of a scene visually, but the emotions are still vivid.
Anyway, dreams are very informative aren't they?

Maybe your car represents your physical self (WHere is X when we need him? LOL)...the diagnosis of MS kind of fits that. Sometimes you can get around, other times you're locked out! (I'm just guessing here 
And if there is something, one thing in particular, that is cluttering your life and keeping you from "starting the engine"...what could it be? And can you clear it out?

Libby, Cora, I'm right here. Cora's correct in that cars often represent our bodies in dreams (archetypical). There's also an issue of control here (e.g. sitting in the driver's seat, or not).
There's a lot of symbology here, and you're perhaps the person who would best understand what they mean to you. You might want to write down everything that stands out--from the smelly bathroom to the Yugo to the spray bottle--and write down a list of associated terms next to each item. You might also want to buy a good dream dictionary, one that's based on psychology (avoid the soothsayer ones). I use Tony Crisp's Dream Dictionary" myself.
You might also want to keep tabs on the dream if it comes back tonight or in a couple of days. If it doesn't, most likely you have already altered your life (consciously or unconsciously) to correct any (especially health) problem that you might be warning yourself about.

I'm not good at intepreting dreams, except for my own. My dreams are pretty bizarre and I understand them fully. Not telling me anything I don't already know.

Hi Lib. Sorry to hear you had a shaking ya to the core sort of dream. I hope it passes. Dreams are so weird like they tell us something we refuse to take the time to listen to.

I'm not sure what the dream means other than maybe you wish you were able to get out of the wheelchair and walk without difficulty again. (Well, duh!)
I still have dreams about my late wife Barbara. They are about a lot of things, but one thing that is always the same is that I am mad at her in everyone. Never about the same thing though. I guess that may mean I have pent up resentment that I had to be her caregiver for so long and that she left us at a young age. (Well, duh!)
But I don't let those dreams bother me as you shouldn't let yours bother you either. They are just dreams.
