My grandfather had a one of those pendulum wall clocks (does that make it a grand father clock?) which would loudly announce the hour I am surprised how we managed sleep in that house with the clock making a racket all through the night.

OOo this is going to be a long comment. Two books bring back the memories of childhood, cuz I loved them so. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and James and the Giant Peach. My friend bought me the Charlie one last christmas. I need to find James and the Giant Peach though.
OOoO I love both poison and warrant still. My very first concert ever was Warrant, it was an outdoor one.
Alekx and me and one of my friends went, we were about 5 rows back. You know those two huge twins that stared in that B movie Barbarians?? Those were the lead singers body guards.
Well a couple guys in the front row got in a fight and were pushing into everyone, and the lead singer DIVED off the stage into the middle of them and beat the shit out of them both. His body guards were taken by surprise then they dived in.
He got back on stage and started yelling that if anyone wanted to fight they would fight him, then leave all bloody, cuz he wasn't gonna deny the rest of the crowd a good concert.
And it was a very awesome!!!! concert!!!!!

You'd have to have been in your late 20s when Warrant came out, because I was in my late-twenties too.
Front-ho, backhoe, makes no difference. I can't afford either.
BTW, I've always hated wall clocks, because when you have one, your time's always up.

When I did the TN thing with the fam in July, I hit a bunch of antique shops and were so disappointed in the stuff they had. It was like they perused garage sales for cheap glasswear and old magazines and slapped expensive price tags on them to appear to be worth something. No Heidi to be found.

Do you watch Rock of Love with Brett Michaels on VH1? Classic show. They are coming out with season #3 soon. It will be done on a tour bus instead of the Rock of Love Mansion. 20 or so girls have to compete for his affections with girls getting eliminated each week. Cat fight abound!!!

ric--correct me if i'm wrong, but it's every guy's dream to see girls fight each other. honestly, i think it's the male version of "divide & conquer"!

To have hot women fighting over me and jumping through hoops for my attention is an ego boost but also wrong.
I would set up a small arena for them to battle it out and I would sit up in a balcony like the Roman emperors did back in the day. I would wear a smokers jacket and smoke a pipe while watching and have wine readily available. LOL!

Viaga, hopefully is not needed but may be used if I'm to stressed to rise to the occasion.
