Forty-three isn't what it used to be. It's still rather young in the grand scheme of things, especially nowadays.

Happy Birthday Libby. I know exactly how you feel.....about birthdays, it doesn't really matter how much we have to be grateful for, we still hate like shit to get old. Does AnYONE really LIKE getting old? My neighbor says that she doesn't mind it, well I say, it is for the birds.....I much preferred to be young and agile, and pretty. We were watching a movie the other night and my grandson pointed to this little white haired old lady and said, "is that you Grandma. and I all of a sudden realized, to him, I must look that old. SHIT.....well I told him, as I laughted..NO that isn't me, I am still 18......inside, anyway.

Happy Birthday beautiful! Your not so old, so get over it. My slot car set is just a little bit older than you. I got it for Christmas on my 16th birthday and still have it. That was just over 43 years ago. So if you do the math, me and my slot cars are older than you, so there. Stop complaining so I can start. I'm frigging old. :-(

I actually have two of them. The one I told you about and one I bought right after I got married in 1972. Both of them are in my basement. I also have lots more old stuff as you may know if you've seen pictures of my basement.
