Gravatar I wish I had time to garden....

Gravatar oh, bill, i wish i had the SKILL to garden! unfortunately...but, thank God for pictures! and other peoples talents!

Gravatar (1) The maple tree is absolutely gorgeous. I'd never seen that kind of maple before.

(2) You're lucky. You got rain. I wish some of it would come over here and knock some of the humidity out of this air.

(3) Are you running into much risk of negative long-term side-effects from the kind of steroids you take? If so, does your doctor have a plan to ease you into a different kind of thearapy?

Gravatar x--1. isnt that NEAT?? i read up on them a little, & the guy who has this only told me they get abt 10 ft tall...article online sd 20 ft...he got this at lowe's for a reduced price..cuz it didnt look that good??
--2. we are getting rain for a few hrs every evening!
--3. long-term side effects of iv steroids are osteoporosis, mainly, and i get reg bone-density tests...now i drink a TON of milk, & take calcium every day!!

Gravatar wow I don't know what happened but the page erased all my info.

I love all your pictures, cuz I can't garden or keep any kind of plant alive if I wanted too. hahahahaha

So...I enjoy them through your pictures.

Gravatar burfica--i'm glad you like the pix!! i'm still going farther across town every day, to get pix of old houses!!

Gravatar Those pictures are lovely. It has been raining here every day for a while so hopefully my lawn will be looking just as green soon.

Gravatar christine--just rain is good...hurrucane rain has to suck bigtime, though! but i haven't heard anything about those, this year!!

Gravatar A pretty drive you took, love the petunias in the barrel.

We got a bit of rain today, but not enough, if it doesn't rain more I am going to have to water. I have a snowball bush, it is getting huge. But the snowballs have been gone for months, ours bloom in early May I think. Or late April.

I want one of those little red japanese maples. I have two big ones, but I need a little miniature for the front. I am redoing the flower bed out there. I dug up all the holly. Man what a job, that stuff hurts.....

Gravatar I had my front yard re-landscaped this year. In part of it I've got the color grouping that you show: golden barberry next to burgundy barberry. I love it. I'd love to get a dwarf Japanese maple for another part of the yard. They are beautiful.

Gravatar nea--sometimes you work TOO hard on your garden, ya know? is there anybody around that you could, like, sit & direct??

tlp--isn't that japanese maple just something different?? i love it!
