So sorry about your mom. When my father's lung cancer spread to his brain they did radiation instead of operate. I hope they can do that for your mom. It's easier on the patient.

Hi Libby, found you again.......Wow, last I had heard, but of course that was sometime back, she was doing pretty great. It is always a real setback when they find it somewhere else, but we will keep our fingers crossed they can get it with an operation. She is a trooper, for sure. Mom has been fighting the good fight for over 30 years, and she is still trucking. Some of really onry ones (haha) just won't give up the ship. 
And your Mom sounds like she is one of us......hugs to you, I know you want to be there.......what a bummer to be left on the phone, but I know how that can happen. Can you imagine, how she felt when she remembered.....yikes.....well I will check in now that I have found you again. I lost my blog to spammers.......gotta a new one. The Front porch

tlp-actually, the dr here said it looks so easily 'reachable', it might be better to operate, but they have also mentioned radiation...just have to wait til next wk til they decide...

anyway, Mom wasnt the one who remembered the phone off the hook...bro finally asked her who was on it, and she said "oh, my GOD!!" haha!
everybody always says tif looks exactly like me...i was never the gorgeous, though...
oh, i was trying to start over, and I thought the quickest way was to just close it, open it again and start over, WELL, you can't do that, I didn't know....once you close it, spammers grab it quick, or so it seems.
None of my kids look anything at all like me, really, the boys all take after their dad's, and actually so does Ana, although she looks a lot like her aunt Ellen, her dad's sister.
I will keep good thought for your Mom.

(1) Libby, you certainly have my prayers. I'm thinking that the operation will probably be a bigger deal than the spot outside her brain. Even though I'm still not back in full yet, I'll keep tabs on your page to see how your mom is doing.
