But in all fairness, there is some pretty compelling information out there (I KNOW who's getting it out) but compelling nevertheless, that this is a phony, trumped up, political vendetta charge that has no chance of sticking.
Benefit of the doubt maybe? Innocent until proven guilty perhaps? Books and covers, facts on the table, that sort of thing.......?

Please present the "compelling" evidence and NOT opinion that the charge is:

First let's see some evidence that the charge in the indictment is true, kinda how it's done under the rule of law.
As against that BRT the prosecutor in question has a record of going after democrats when he thinks they're corrupt. Also it is a bit unlikely given the state of Texan pokitics that he'd try just flying a kite wouldn't you say?
