Nice little round-up! I know Klosekraft is having trouble with the hex coat, too. I say if you're not going to wear it, out it goes. Why have it hanging over your head?
I can't *wait* to see the Cambridge jacket, although all of the wips that will stick around are great too.
Ah, the hex jacket. That project really dragged on for me too (about 8 months from start to finish) and I really dragged my heels about knitting the hexes and many times thought about ripping out the whole thing. But I finished it and I love it. However, if you don't think you are going to love the end result, then rip that sucker. The hexes are a huge pain if you aren't going to get a lot of use out of the jacket.
Good luck with so many fantastic projects, I have had my eye on that Cambridge jacket so will look forward to seeing that one for sure!
Maybe you could plan to gift the Hex jacket? If not, you should rip it. No point keeping it around if you're not enjoying knitting it *and* don't see yourself loving the FO. And maybe you could plan to knit something fabulous with the recovered yarn, to ease the pain of frogging a bit?
Hmmm... hex coat? Let it hibernate for a bit longer. It's such a pretty coat!

Maybe there's something to a name - Hex Jacket indeed. Either rip it or finish it and gift it to someone who'd love it. Or sell it for loads of money. We take consignment on hand-knits.
I like the hex coat, but if you're already not feeling the love, it's a good sign you won't enjoy finishing and wearing it. About the phildar cardi: Bring it to our meet-up if you haven't already finished it, sometimes it helps to get some "live" input, that yaiAnn is an awesome finisher 
It is nice to know that I am not the only one with languishing wips. If you aren't going to wear the hex coat, rip it. Seriously. One less project on the list.
