These are not all from 1960; one of the pictures clearly shows the construction of Lockheed P-38 Lightning aircraft.

The P-38 stopped production in 1945.

These are World War 2 era photos!!! What makes you think ANY of these are from 1960? The girl in the uncle sam hat for example, they did not have VICTORY gardens behind her.

These are NOT 1960's, as mentioned above. Most are WW2-era, the third one is a well-known photo from the 1930's.

Those are NOT P-38's,they're B-25 Bombers,lukhead!!Most of these pictures are from the late 1930's.

Yes, these are definitely earlier than the 1960's. 1930-1940's. I've seen them on another site citing that they came from this earlier time - Shorpy, I believe
