Drool, drool. are these fresh cherries? My Ottolemghi cookbook will be arriving with the icecream maker in the next couple of days and I can't wait. What kind of whisk do you use for mixing - I'm wondering if I should get a hand held electric whisk? ahh the things that cross your mind when you're waiting for sunup.
I still don't think you can beat the espresso cheesecake, but I will try the b&b pudding to make sure.
