Gravatar Hey Lim! Despite all the calumnies recently raised against him, don't you think it's about time for a new Feith-based initiative, say, to provide some support for recent U.S Army reports that Iran and North Korea are working hand-in-glove on Iranian efforts to develop nuclear weapons and ICBMs, and the obvious Iranian (and probably North Korean) efforts to arm Al-Qa'ida in Iraq. Of course it's a little difficult to come up with hard evidence, but what could be more natural than an Axis of Evil between the Velayat-e-faqih, or the President of Iran, and the Dear Leader of the Democratic PeOple's Republic of Korea (AKA Democratic PORK). They all have so much in common: a love of big bunnies, a taste for fine cognac, and their cinematophilia! Messrs. Kim and Ahmedinejad and Khamenei all love the big tubs of buttered popcorn too. I'm sure Mr. Feith can sleuth this out, if anybody can.

I hope you are having a pleasant day so far. I thought you might be interested in a new site. www.iraqhasavoice.com is a new web site dedicated to collecting open letters from the Iraqi people to the American people. We accept and post all letters. We would love to have your participation.
With peace,

Gravatar THERE WAS A MAN (NOT YOU)

The salesmen spoke a spiel so spiffy
But asked for action in a jiffy;
It hardly seemed the course was iffy,
But now I think you get the whiffy--
In hindsight you can get the whiffy.

The prospect of reward seemed nifty,
A hundred-fold, or at least fifty,
But through the facts one best not sifty,
Just go along--you get my drifty?
So many flowed right with the drifty.

It was a kind of Ponzi schemey,
The salesmen´s eyes both bold and dreamy,
And with a twinkle´s secret gleamy--
Who thought the thing could turn out seamy,
But so it has, entirely seamy.

There was an honest man, perhaps,
Who didn´t let his judgment lapse
Despite browbeating of his chaps,
Because each firing of synapse
Revealed the fraud--good old synapse!

One thing as almost clearly true,
Whate´er his name, he wasn´t you,
´Cause you did what your neighbors do,
Assenting to the con game too--
No honest man, got cheated too.
