You have got to be kidding. Of course he was against these terrorists. They were Pirates. To say that all Muslims are terrorists would be like saying all Christians are terrorists because of there handling of several cities in the Crusades. It is interesting to me that right wingers want to own jefferson when the conservatives and the religious conservatives of his time hated him. Don't forget that he wrote his own version of the bible that had him labeled a heretic.
Maybe you reading something different, but there is not a single sentence in that post that says all Muslims are terrorists.
It's been said time and time again the only way to win against Islamic terrorists is to be more ruthless than the terrorists. That is exactly what happened during the Crusades which, by the way, was an attempt by the Christians to reclaim lands lost by the invading Muslims.
