choice of chef is a very personal thing. the obama's are foodies though. they have been described as sophisticated, and adventurous. their favorite restaurant is "blessings" and the owner/chef is a dedicated seasonal, fresh and local type of man.
if people don't love gardening, they tend to view it and the time investment as drudgery.
now, all we have to do is get michelle hooked on truffles.
