We love salmon, too. Try buying salmon head (they throw those away in that part of the world, yes?), marinate it in thick soy sauce (we call it 'kicap pekat'), with pounded shallots and black pepper, then 'grill' using your nonstick pan. No need for oil -- just cook over a slow fire with the lid on. YUMMY! :9

I love stir-fried veggies too with a grilled tilapia, salmon is a foreigner fish to me. But that looks so yummy!
