Well, gee, would YOU take a bath if a biped was near?
Smart, (modest) birds.
You have a terrific looking garden.

Dear Sisters! Lovely garden; mine is truly a place of peace and solitude also. I have learned to share the bounty with the wild creatures. After all, it does no good to try to fight them!! Thanks for your blog; it brings back happy memories of my years in religious life. God bless you. Please pray for me as I will for you!

Thank you, gracious readers ... we will try to see our garden as a salad bar for our furry (and our - modest - winged) friends. Be sure of our prayers for you!

Oh, please do keep us up-to-date with baby pictures! There is such joy in watching flowers and vegetables grow. I'm a transplant from the D.C. area myself (educated first by the Sisters of St. Joseph then Bernardine Sisters of St. Francis). As such, it is lovely to see where you are in the season, so I can anticipate what is soon to come here in the Midwest. We are "behind" you seasonally, but enjoying the process of watching our own "little ones" grow -- and looking forward to the next stage.
Thanks for sharing the beauty of the Creator in all that is created.
Peace to you.
