I'm glad to see that the surge is working and American AND Iraqi deaths are way down because of it. Thank God people like Michele Bachmann stuck to their guns and didn't buy the "white flag" approach of liberal democrats. This would have allowed the terrorists to win and make the world a MUCH more dangerous place.
If the lib's wouldn't have been sabotaging the war of terror since the beginning, things would be going even better in Iraq and more of our brave soldiers could be home with their families now.
The St. Cloud Times seems like a really liberal paper.

The reason I asked is because a number of posts on dumpbachmann.com sounded oddly similar in both form and content to the type of material posted by Stillwater Infidel aka NSA.

Now that Tom Nacey has come out and said there are more, possibly many more, folks responsible for Stillwater Infidel aka NSA posts intimidating school levy opponents, the plot begins to thicken a bit.
Today the big questions are:
Do the posting members of dumpbachmann.com know Tom Nacey?
EY: I don't know Tom Nacey, though I believe he attended one of the Dump Bachmann meetups - this would have been over a year ago. I'd assume that Stillwater residents who comment regularly, contribute content, or have posting privileges probably do know Nacey - because Stillwater is a small town.

Did Tom Nacey ever attend any dumpbachman.com meet-ups held in Stillwater or surrounding areas?

EY: I searched the comments for "infidel" and found one comment that linked to the Stillwaterinfidel.blogspot.com blog. This commenter is not a contributor (meaning someone who has access to the blog), and isn't someone who is part of our inner circle (meaning part of our internal email list).

Drew: Just looking for a confirmation or denial regarding your individual and collective familiarity with Tom Nacey and whether any of you have posted with him or contributed directly to posts on his blog.
I realize that Bill stated that he did not know the identity of the Stillwater Infidel aka NSA last week. I was approaching it then as if it was an individual. Now it appears to be a cohort of folks under the same handle. Now that we know Nacey is involved please establish your connections or lack thereof to Tom Nacey.

EY: I can speak for myself - I have never posted as Stillwater Infidel - and Bill didn't know who he was, so clearly he hasn't. Tom Beckfeld hasn't. (He uses the handle "moonbeck".)
Drew - are you one of Jake the Snake's multiple identities? You both support Bachmann, ergo, you must be one of JtS's identies (because I believe there are multiple people posting as JtS).
You are going after Dump Bachmann because we are effective - and if there was a real story here, it would have been picked up by a more accurate blog - for example, Michael Brodkorb.

And of all those 23 foster children, are any serving?
How about the Bachmann farm crowd? All in Wisconsin making sure the milking machines work while Michele is voting on farm legislation? Any family at all in the military? One brother, or half brother who's a spook, per the Baku polo shirt pic Avidor ran a half year or so ago?
Bachmann children right there, front line serving with the Bush daughters, in the line of fire? Is that the story?
How many Oral Roberts or Reagents grads sign up and serve?

I would not say it is a litmus test; but the Cheney children they never wree in the military either. How about Wolfowitz and that chicken-hawk crowd, Richard Perle; any children in the ranks or officer corps?

We have an all volunteer military and if people choose not to serve, they don't have too. If we had a draft and it appeared some groups weren't selected as frequentlty, you would have a point.
I thought I saw the name Drew Emmer among those arrested with Larry Craig for cruising MSP airport bathrooms for anonymous sex. I could be wrong, but Emmer's behavior and comments seem oddly similar in both form and content to Craig's.

I think Karl was joking. But do you really think that's defamation? For someone to go around publishing/implying that some particular private individual may have been a person who committed a crime?
