Are you always going to wear a belt with it? If so, you can take the fisheye tuck out the back and create a seam- the pooling should disappear. Love that pattern- it's very becoming on you.

yeah, that whole swayback thread was crazy. Didn't in the end, people just say to do what works? That lady never did address the "other" problems that were created with her method. In other words, ITA, just take out the wedge at the CB.
Anywho, look at that binding on the neckline. so professional! Very high end looking dress. Love the color. No one will ever notice the back but you. No worries. there should be a new abbreviation: ANWW. (absolutely no worries whatsoever) ok, yeah i'm creating that right now.

You could add a horizontal dart at the back waistline, and cover it with the belt.

I just posted some sweet little quick and easy little sundresses I made for my 8 year old daughter with instructions on how to do it yourself, and I recently made a maxi dress for myself from a 1974 pattern I found in an antique store.
Regards,
Trudy

I was just reading recently that Marta Alto often will take a horizontal dart in the back of RTW dresses (so in the dress itself, not the pattern) and then covers it with the belt. I don't even think you would need a belt if you did this at the right place. It would just look like a waistline seam.
