Let me know if you don't find out about the machine. This is the one my friend has and I can ask her.
I'm VERY intrigued by the press.

I love my Elna Alize as well. I've had to replace the foam padding due to it being squashed for long periods of time while boxed, but that's really easy. Too bad about the spray bottle. Mine doesn't leak and is actually my favorite spray bottle.
It's so good to see others "going industrial". I am very jealous of the automatic features on your Juki, but I still love my old 5550 nonetheless.

Congrats on your new sewing toys! The industrial looks really nice. I just made a similar investment (Craig's list, exciting pick-up adventure, great deal) but haven't had the time or courage to use it for a whole garment yet, just the straight seams. Have tried timing your garments yet to see how much time you save?

I'm having serious machine envy.
I had a whole drapery workroom set up years ago but no longer have my industrial straight stitch. When I went back to using the domestic machines I had a really hard time adjusting to how slow they went. If you decide to make draperies you'll LOVE that speed.
BTW, for fusing interfacing I keep a bowl of water next to the steam press and use a lightweight piece of cotton sheeting cut about the same size as the pressing surface as a press cloth. I dip the sheeting in the water, wring thoroughly, then lay it on top of the pieces to be interfaced. It's exactly the right amount of steam, and much easier than spraying everything.
Also, IMO the extra investment for the steam unit is pointless. Have you looked at how the steam is delivered? There are just a few holes in one end in the steam presses that I looked at. on an iron that you move that's effective. On a stationary steam press, not so much.
LOVe that fabric in the skirt too.
Are they still selling the Burberry somewhere or did you score that from another PR member?
