Actually, poor put-upon Kate Looby (director of PP in SD) tried to put a clinic in Rapid. No place would rent her space. (Smart people...principled people) There is an abortuary in Sioux Falls, but no local doctor will staff it, so they have to fly butchers in from out of state to maim women and kill their children. The MSM, particularly the Argus Liar, laments loudly, but the rest of SD works hard to tighten up the restrictions on how much damage can be done, not only to our next generation, but to the women of this one.

Not quite.

PP does have a clinic in Rapid. It does not do abortions, and is parked in the back of a strip mall with full view of a bunch of dumpsters
