Nice job... the Chamber of Commerce ought to slip you some swag over this! You probably have lived there for some time. Another reason I didn't do my TOWN is because I've only lived here 12 years. I came here because its my husband's town.

I used to live on Fairchild AFB and in Medical Lake. Back then (mid-70s), Moses Lake was just a blur that we drove by on the say to Seattle.

It's next to the air base, so a lot of miltary folks wind up there. Reputation or not, it was a great place to live. Four lakes within biking distance, and some of my fondest memories were of goofing off in the hills between Medical and West Medical Lakes.

We did have an occasional patient walk down from Eastern State Hospital (which was on the north side of Medical lake). All the more excitement. The there was the time when my scout patrol camped out by the survival school. They had an "escape" attempt, and we had "prison" guards and helicopters harrassing us all night.
