Anyway, I was wondering about something re the post World War Hulk Marvel U that I thought you could speculate on. It's on the question of amnesty. See, post-Civil War, the registered superhumans availed of this and apparently had their slates wiped clean of any criminal (and civil?) liability. I was wondering whether Reed Richards and Tony Stark's participation in the program since its inception would have cleared them of having to answer for shooting Bruce Banner into space once the US criminal justice system resumes regular operations after this latest Hulk rampage.
