I'm sorry but this isn't right! I have a friend who's a photographer who got arrested for taking photos and he didn't do anything wrong. He was locked up for months until the FBI finally said he did nothing illegal!
If a girl is comfortable with her body she's less likely to have problems with guys harassing her. Modeling can help her believe she's a beautiful person so she won't be dependant on some guy telling her what she is or who she is.
It's true in nudism too. I'm been a nudist starting when I was a young girl and it's wonderful. And if you think modeling and nudism is all about sex it isn't! I'll be 20 years old this month and I'm still a virgin! One of my best friends who's Daddy made her dress conservative and not see boys had sex when she was 13.
You can't protect your kids by locking them in the closet! Let them be free to express themselves and develop their self-confidence. That will help them be prepared for life!

He knew there were suckers, but I'm sure he never imagined that there are people who would put their own 9 year old daughters in pornographic photography displays under the guise of "modeling."
Yes, there are legitamate clothing models, but they don't have websites selling pictures. Our legislaters can make this against the law without harming Sears/K-Mart and Walmart. The idea that they can't stop child porn without harming the clothing industry is bullshit.

If it was just drug addicts, then it wouldn't be so bad- I mean it would be, but their drug addicts so you can't expect them to be real smart to start with. But you know that somewhere out there is a parent without a drug addiction... someone who's not fixated on the idea of getting their next high regardless of the cost- who is doing this.
Personally, I think everyone- these site owners, the photographers, and the parents ought to be charged and locked up. We just need to clarify the laws so that they can't get away with this.

You are right on the money, Mr. Schuler. Why more people don't know that this kind of crap is going on is beyond me. People need to care, and the parents of these children need serious help. I would hate to think that people really do know, and they just don't care. Something needs to be done about this freakery. It just remains to be seen as to what.
I didn't look at Hardman's website. I've already seen hundreds of them. The parents are usually drug addicts that like quick easy cash. Meth addicts will sell their own kids to the pedophiles in a heartbeat.
Most of these websites are run by the very same people that run adult XXX rated porno sites. It's all pretty much the same concept (willing perverts spending their money on porn) except they are using kids, and they have a copy of Title 18 and a lawyer to help them get right to the edge of what's legal.
I've sent links to these sites to all of my district reps and senators. They can make this illegal without interfering with legitamit child modeling work like K-Mart or Wal-Mart clothing advertisements. More people need to let them know about this.
What are the parents of these young girls thinking??
