The home page of course

Dont the Irish have a rememberance symbol to its soldiers instead of the poppy.

Could be mistaken though

I can't say I've heard of that,Stack.

Of course, many Irish served under the American flag in WWI.

Over at Gavin's blog I wrote about my grandfather, who served in the NY 69th. Many Irish served in the US army throughout the 20th century, but particularly WWI (and even moreso during the Civil War).

Maybe including those who fought in the US forces would make it easier to remember those who fought and died?

Fair points,Eagle.I don't disagree with you on that.
