In case anyone in Ireland or elsewhere knows little about Alabama, that state is not representative of the rest of the country! Hell, things are so screwed up down their that in many counties it is against the law to buy beer from a tap. It's either bottled beer or nothing. Thank God such laws don't apply to military installations!
