I agree. But I have heard disturbing rumours from the Daily Telegraph website that FF will try to get around a no vote by inserting some of Lisbon's provisions into Croatia's future Accession Treaty, and hope to avoid a referendum that way. This would be high treason if true. We must vote no in sufficiently strong numbers so the govt will be under no doubt at the strength of feeling o9n the defence of Irish sovereignty.

They always find something to do what they want.

This treaty was first rejected by French and Dutch. They had to create a new treaty.

In France under Sarkozy we had no referendum. No more choice for EU questions. I hope this will not be the last referendum for Ireland about EU.

Sarkozy goes to EU presidency on july. the worse is to come. (Union for the Mediterranean)

This message is for Ireland : Vote no for the 'Dutch', 'French' and 'Irish' honor.

Pierre from Paris.

From up north we can only watch and wait. 'm fully behind the No campaign, and I hope that the right result comes out not only for Ireland but for the many people across Europe who have their democratic rights denied over this issue.

Pierre and Protestant Nationalist,

I agree completely.

I voted NO today. All we can do is wait now.

Disturbing rumours are reaching me of an RTE exit poll with the results within the margin of error. I now on balance, based on rumours, expect a yes vote by the slimmest of margins. Does this poll exist or not? The folks on politics.ie can't make up our minds.
