It'll be a while till the rice paddies here in Ibaraki are green again, so that was kind of refreshing. And I think the old farmer just goes to prove the old adage, "You're only as old as you feel."
Too bad about Kedah. Another fine example of planners whose dreams are bigger than their IQs...

Very nice padi stalks and padi field. That masjid reminds me of the castle in Disney's Aladdin.

Sometimes I think there should be a classification for the green of the padi stalks... we have lemon-color, so why not padi-green.... no?
