it is not innate that you don't believe that you are deserving of love, happiness, etc. That is clearly a learned behavior. A much as you are aware of the self fulfilling prophecy, the secret and the fact that our thoughts, beliefs and feelings ultimatley shape our realities, should show that you are manifesting these negative outcomes in your life.
think about what you think about and choose wisely. thoughts become things...
