Gravatar While I did watch the first couple of episodes of Studio 60, I just couldn't get into it. It was kind of boring. Doesn't mean it was a bad show, just not a show for me.

As for the Dance show, it's ok but I think I liked dancing with the stars better. Of course I didn't watch that one either this year. Reality tv is begining to fade away. I've tried to watch On the Lot but that show has it's own issues. It's like they are making it up as they go. It doesn't seem like they thought this out too well which is sad. it could have been a great show. Instead it is a mediocre show that has the people viewing it more confused than entertained.

Gravatar I have to agree with your take on On The Lot (which I always call On The Set). Or vice versa.

It was really strong the first episode. Lots of really cool behind-the-scenes stuff that was interesting. Then it turned into lame American-Idol-style popularity contest... very weird. The host is cute, but dumb. The judging is good, but it's really lost something.

However, there's nothing else on this summer, so, we're watching.

Gravatar I, too, am saddened by the loss of Studio 60. Matt and I loved it and was hoping it would make it. Bummer!

Gravatar It's my fault Studio 60 got cancelled. Every show I say I like gets cancelled. Unfortunately I cursed this one from the first episode I saw.

To help you break the summer block, how about you start giving us some of your creative insight into how your industry works. I'd be interested in hearing anecdotal stories about clients of yours and what they do that does and doesn't work (in an anonymous way of course)

Either that or more baby pictures of Martin

Gravatar Okay...Happy 4th to you guys too! Matt almost blew us up the other night....and our house! We miss you guys so much!
