I was going to see it, but as you know here in GVegas we don't get movies as soon as you so it is not at the theaters yet. J/K Anyway you all ruined the whole movie for me I like to go in fresh! I also have to read Betsy's blog so I was torn and Betsy of course won! Punk...
I had no intention of seeing this movie, but based on your review, now I'm tempted. Might wait to rent it though.
We saw it and I went in with very low expectations. Deann read somewhere that it was supposed to be horrible and was expected to be a huge flop. I kind of figured it would be another Wild Wild West for Will Smith.
After I saw it I actually liked it. I thought that there was opportunity to explore the characters a bit more, especially the bad guys at the end, but when you only put 80 minutes on the screen, I guess you can't ask for much more than what you got. I'd give it an above average rating, and though I love dark comedies more than anything I was a little let down by it being predictable.
We saw it and liked it way better than we expected. Norm cried! Good plot twist, but I got worried about it too.
AI was bad. Mamma Mia is awesome!
In my defense...I did not HATE the whole thing. I liked it alot and then somewhere in the middle...near the twist it lost some of its story. I imagine somewhere in the editors trash can is the footage that would make it better for me. I did see the humor but it just ended weirdly.
And I may or may not have had a tear for a moment- and just one...tell Norm he wasn't alone!
AND I liked Mama Mia too...Betsy, on the other hand hated it! 
And I had to sit next to her sorry butt complaining! Though Pierce's voice was pretty bad.
It was better than I expected, but very shallow without a lot of character development. I think with movie prices today, and big name people like Will Smith who get paid BIG money, they could make it longer and give us more for our money.
