Yeah that's true. It has been for a few years and that's because it's just bloody lovely.

Agree on the curries. Any decent Indian food, actually. But forget the cucumber sandwiches. Toasted Sally Lunns dripping with melted butter with my tea. That's what I miss.
tikka masala was invented by Tesco's or someone. And curry's named after a Scot who imported spice (they don't call it curry in India). So it really is darned well British!
