Agree on the curries. Any decent Indian food, actually. But forget the cucumber sandwiches. Toasted Sally Lunns dripping with melted butter with my tea. That's what I miss.

tikka masala was invented by Tesco's or someone. And curry's named after a Scot who imported spice (they don't call it curry in India). So it really is darned well British!
