In any case, this is YET ANOTHER REASON why the world hates (us) Americans. How deliciously deviant was it that Citigroup took advantage of the day-off in trading in the U.S.

I'll let you in on a little secret: I rose to my present position as Chairman of Citigroup by paying for all of my purchases with tampons. Now they're recognized as legal tender everywhere! Plus, they're cottony soft.
