Is it that easy? And I was berating myself for passing up culture last week for dinner with my friend's boyfriend. (Is that bad?) I could then have _secretly_ had the dinner, faked the culture on my blog, and no one the wiser!

Dinner with friend's boyfriend always wins over culture, especially craptacular events by Cheek by Jowl. Actually they weren't so bad, I was just disappointed and that is my least favourite emotion.

Agreed; dinner w/friend's boyfriend IS culture. Unless above-described boyfriend is an edjit who frequently intersperses the words "like" and "you know" in his conversation.
