Stay away from Global knives, though. They don't stay sharp well. Quite a pain. They're light, however. Hollow handles, you see. But I'm sure you already knew that.

beautiful things make me cry, including ballet in general and that song in particular, so i would have been the one in the audience sobbing her wee piggy eyes out. i cry out my eyes so i don't have to cut out my heart. i'm a silent weeper, though, so i wouldn't have distracted you from the performance.

Nico with the Velvet Underground sang that song many years ago, and it was very powerful, especially in light of the rest of the Underground's play list (mostly good too, just odd/hard-edged for the time).
