I have the sebastian serum - goopy stuff that works wonders. You can, like me, buy it off of EBay for 8 or 9 bucks! It's totally worth the effort, never found anything before that worked with my naturally frizzy and curly poofball of a head.

I used to swear by Tigi Control Freak but they must have discontinued it because I can't find it anywhere. Maybe that means my hair style is out of date and should be discontinued as well.
