it's too hard to say; a lot of it would be in the delivery, wouldn't it? and on what the joke was before and after? i mean, if the previous ones were funny, and you're already a bit giggly...
they're not FRINGE, exactly, but they're not as wincingly unfunny as some "comedy" i've seen in the states, either.
and the mark watson one made me laugh.
