Is it also the national law of Israel? If not, then unless it's tribalized [one cannot sell land or give a job to anyone outside of the tribe/particular Jewish sect w/exceptions for individuals (not groups], it's a bad implementation of G_d's law. It doesn't mean one cannot hire or sell land to other Jews and discriminate against Arabs, it just means that every exception for other Jews must be made individually (and not a-priori collectively).
Farmer John, I'm not quite sure what that's supposed to mean. One cannot sell to non-Jews but it is forbidden to discriminate against Jews no matter the religious bent.
