This seems to put greater authority in the hands of the executive committee and centralizes power in the hands of the Chair. At the same time the proposal quashes any further dissent with leadership and their decision making. In essence, the proposal suggests a dictatorship of Republican power in the hands of Alex. No quorom necessary, 2/3rds of members present to vote out any central committee member with no due cause. All hail not Chairman but King Alex.
A quorum according to Alexises little dictatorial decree here is about any number that meets. One other thing, once a meeting starts he never has to stop it. He is given an "honorary" committeeship the Executive committee just gives it to him. So he gets back in with full voting rights like a regular Committeeman. Hey folks, remember when he Illegally got those board of election employees to run someone to run against you? Remember how you had to fight tooth and nail to win it back? Remember he spent more money on his slate of central committee candidates than he has spent on local candidates ever? Well he's baacckk! with full voting rights like you and if you thinks he acts like a king now, wait till he comes back with a vengence. Idi Amin would be proud of you Alexis!
