What about all the small businessmen and entrepreneurs that will never make a decision to bring their ideas and capital to Ohio?
We lose them in addition to the ones that physically move.
Labor cannot work without entrepreneurial capital. Drive out the rich and you get capital flight.
Our taxes are a virtual fence against the immigration of ideas, capital and prosperity.
When Ohioans wake up that there is no income tax in other states like NH, TX, TN and FL, etc., they'll move.
When Ohioans wake up that the Ohio estate tax doesn't just get millionaires, but hits Ohioans with just a few hundred thousand dollars, they'll understand why Ohio's death tax must die.
