This story keeps getting better (worse). It's unbelievable it hasn't gotten more attention from rouge reporters.

The Left and the Leftist MSM would know the U.S. Constitution if it bit them in the ass. Not only don't they know what it says, they don't CARE what it says.
Has there been a SINGLE story on the MSM regarding this reaching the Supreme Court (and I'm talking network news, not Fox or CNN)?
And if in the end, Obama does produce the proof...can we send him a bill for all of the taxpayer money spent on trying to get him and his handlers to comply?
The guy is 8 weeks from taking office and I'm already sick of his games.

Does anyone know if the Republican Party or McCain's campaign mentioned this issue before the election? Or the question of Obama's dual citizenship (or triple)?
I had a conversation with a friend this evening, staunch Obama supporter, and she couldn't believe that no one would have vetted Obama, or that the Republicans would not have used this issue. I could only answer that no agency is charged with verifying a candidate's qualifications, and I had no idea why the Republican Party didn't run with it.

I've got a feeling that if they do find that Obama was foreign born, the courts will interpret "natural born" to mean born to one (1) American parent and country of birth doesn't matter.
After all, they were able to justify abortion in the Constitution.

Even the Russian news, Pravda, has got Obama figured out as they call him possibly the greatest con man in history. They're even saying there's no proof that his grandmother died right before the election.

Barack Obama promised people what they wanted: Hope and Change, without ever saying what that hope and change were going to be. One of Obama’s much praised abilities is his way of being very articulate in his speeches.
Every con man walking free or in jail is an articulate speaker. Who would give their trust to a man who could not use the right words to convince his targets to trust him? Articulate speaking is no way to judge or rate the integrity of a person.

Clay, I think even rogue reporters have been silenced.

Hi Holger, I don't think even Fox or CNN has touched this. My opinion only: I think Hannity and O'Reilly have been silenced. There's enough here to make this reportable, and for questions to be asked - but simply nothing from the media.
If they knew concretely, that Obama is natural born, that would be reported. They don't know, as none of us do.
The media is willing to let him scoot by if he can.

CalifGirlinMaine: I don't think he was vetted at all, and you were right in what you told your friend.
Before the election, I talked to both of my Senator's office - both Republicans. At first their staff asserted that the "Senator believes Obama is natural born." Then it changed to: if we challenge and he is natural born, we'll have egg on our faces (not their exact words, but one staffer used the egg analogy). I asked why one half of the Senate wasn't on the Senate floor questioning this issue.
I talked to the RNC, both locally and nationally, and both offices were distressed by this, but felt there was nothing they could do - and they were hoping someone would do something.
I think I'm correct in saying that the Senate and House should do the confirming - and not through a non-binding resolution, as they did for McCain. They need to KNOW, and then let us know. I think this is what the Constitution thought would happen.
I'm amazed at the lack of patriotism in the Congress. They know this is going on, and they chosen to sit it out.
Thanks so much visiting and commenting.

BobF, I fear you are right. If the issue goes forward, then we must make Congress do the right thing. If we thought the McCain-Kennedy bill was a big issue, this will be huge. The problem is, we will not have the time to hold their feet to the fire. I can see on the House and Senate floors manuevering around to do whatever it takes to make this man Constitutionally legal. We MUST make the Republicans be loud and clear on this.
Thanks for this link. I'll check it out, and hey BobF - I really appreciate your visits and comments.

Good morning Maggie and fellow patriots. Today is a big day for us all. I just wanted to pass this along, for Mr Keyes has a way with words.I was quite moved.
