Yeah, Big Bill tested the wind and it became clear to him that Obama is going to win the nomination...Bill came in late because he wanted to make sure he backs the winner.
Richardson seems confused these days...hence the beard....confused men grow beards.
There is little doubt he is self-serving, how else does one make a career out of politics, much less become Governor? It's hardly original to point out that this endorsement is all about Bill. Beyond the self-serving nature of Bill, and most other politicians generally, what else is in the mix? That's what is interesting. Otherwise there's no conversation to be had, for the most part.
Regarding Richardson in general, I think he's a mixed bag, which is kinda sorta a compliment for someone at his level.
