Happy, B-day, Marjorie!
I had it on my calendar to call you, but then I avoided my computer all day! D'oh!
Have a little something for you. When are you free to celebrate????
Much love (and apologies),
M

Happy Birthday!
I was in San Antonio for a wedding a few years ago and was really impressed. We went to a 'First Friday' art crawl that was just mobbed with people. It was cool to see that many people out enjoying the streets until midnight and beyond.

FYI - It's Fort Sam Houston, not the Sam Houston army base.

It's true. Gene and I were living in Jourdanton when the Quija Board told us there was an apartment on Post Street.

I love these old stories!! That hotel sounds fantastic. I have got to get myself to that town... there is truly no excuse while I'm living in Dallas!
I hope your birthday was fab. I know with your family involved it was hectic and hilarious all at once... that's why I love your crew!

Just caught this. As Gene once said, I'm a little slow on the draw, but wanted to wish you a happy birthday (you-so-young one) anyway.

So sorry I missed this! Happy belated.
San Antonio is a trip. Love that city. Riverwalk is most cool. Ate at an enormous 24 hour joint called Mi Tierra (I think) my one time there. Epic.
