i've seen that too, and it doesn't make any sense to me. just because it's *called* the 14th (or 15th) floor, doesn't make it *actually* the 14th (or 15th) floor.

maybe they're trying to compensate for the overuse of the 14th floor to replace the 13th. people caught on, and realized that the 14th is just as bad. this is toronto we're talking about after all...
