Losing your glasses is beyond irritating. I left mine in my hotel room at the Holiday Inn in Burlington a couple of weeks ago. They still haven't sent them back to me. Not having them has been the biggest pain in the a**.

And yes, I expect the convergence of Harper and February are enough to depress anyone...

unfortunately, I had no time to be social that trip. I drove in for meetings on Tuesday afternoon for meetings at 6 pm, got back to the hotel at 11 pm, started another set of meetings a 7:30 am until midday, and then drove back to Montreal for a 7 pm meeting that night. It was a very, very tight schedule! Next time, though.

I hate when I can't find my glasses. Mostly because I lose all ability to function in any practical capacity. I am so blind that if I had the full thickness lenses I would likely not be able to hold up my own head :D

in the drawer of our dining room hutch. i think john was clearing the top to put birthday cake and just pushed everything into the drawer. i think this because i also found my make up bag there...
