Gravatar The challenge in the summer is going to bed early enough to get the sleep you need so that you can get up early and not be dragging all day. It's so nice in the evening that it's hard to go to bed.

Gravatar My suggestion. Get a couple of cats. Ours wake us up at 5 a.m. every day (weekends included). If you're out of bed at 5:30 or 6:00, it's relatively easy to get to the gym by 7:00. (I usually manage to head out around 7:30, but I like to dawdle through breakfast.)

Good luck. I also find going to the gym in the morning helps to set a good tone for the rest of the day.
