I normally just add a couple of dollars. They earn the meter cost, and pay a set fee for the car, so I don't worry about percentages.

And I don't get pedicures, so I can't answer that one. Maybe Normlr will.

Sounds about right to me. I'll usually round up to the nearest dollar up though. So if it was $8.37, he'd get ten, etc.
But that's just me.

I tip fifteen percent-ish. If they take the long way, they get little, lol.

Have you ever tried speaking gibberish like you're from and foreign country and then run from the cab? Works for me, just make sure they've slowed to 10 miles per hour, open the door quickly & remember to roll when you hit the pavement.

For cabs, 10-15% rounded up, depending on how well they drove. If it was a bad ride (really smelly cab, rude driver, slow/distracted driving, etc.) I think 10 cents is genrous.

For a good mani-pedi in a cheap-o place, I tip generously, about $7-12 for all four paws.
