I have that happen on occasion, although sadly I don't work out.
I've found that it happens when I'm dehydrated or undernourished. The bloodsugar aspect would make sense.

I'm no doctor but I reckon the blood sugar thingy seems likely - is there diabetes in the family?
Oh .... another thought - was it the racoon?!? Hehehe!
Sorry haven't used "the racoon" for a while but thought it might fit here! No? Ok then - sorry!!
My other opinion is - excercise is B.A.D. for you - that's why I don't do any and consequently why I'm the size of a small country!!

No diabetes in the family, but being a fat chick my gloucose levels are checked regularily to make sure i don't have diabetes.
But this would by a too low blood sugar, as opposed to too high. hypoglycemic. diabetes is hyperglycemic i think.

Bearing in mind that I don't know what I'm talking about, it sounds to me like your symptoms have something to do with a sudden change in blood pressure. That would explain the cyanosis (blue lips, "bloodless" face), the sensation of cold and faintness. Not sure about the perceptual changes and nausea ... but it seems plausible that it could have an impact - especially since migraines are caused by changes in the dilation of the blood vessels in the brain.
It would be worth a try to eat something with protein in it - cereal with milk, granola bar with nuts & dried fruit, a hard-boiled egg or two - before you work out in the mornings (personally, I like oatmeal with dried blueberries and a glass of OJ). If the symptoms stop, then you've got your culprit. Or, you could just always work out in the p.m.
Let us know what the doctor says. I'm curious ...

ink- i was thinking a sudden drop in blood pressure too, but that seems like a very strange reaction to exercise...

Hey, I used to get that when I was younger - overdoing gym class. I assumed it was my epelipsy (dormant), or anemia. But you know, blood pressure does do that too!

You should always make sure to eat something before exercising. Especially in the morning, considering how long your body's been without food. At the very least have a granola bar or yoghurt. that would be my guess.
