I find that weird.
I'd think changerooms at gyms would be used for dressing, hair/ makeup, and that's it.
Not shaving, plucking, or trimming. That can be done at home!
And this coming from an extremely not-prudey man.
well, they provide shaving cream and razors. i have been known to shave my pits in the shower. i'm pretty sure john shaves his face in the morning. when you're leaving the house at 6:15am to go to the gym, it's hard to manage to get up earlier so that you can shave *before* your workout, and you go straight to work from the gym.
Good point. I haven't been to a gym since I was 17. And i think it was an afternoon workout.
But still, pubic shaving? That's not urgent. Nobody will notice if you go to work with bush!
I would find it odd too, but I think it makes sense. When I go to the gym regularly, that's where I shower. I don't shower again when I get home. Hence, maintenance is required. Once a week activities like deep conditioning my hair or pedicures can be saved for home.
were they shaving in the shower part, or in the changing part? because in the changing part it would be weird, but in the shower part i could see it. and mainja, you are really, really not a prude (at least, not anymore ;) )
Yeah, I agree with Kate. You're probably the least prudish person I know. And even if you were a prude I'd love you just as much, so who cares if you are!:)

Agreed. Some activities are not for public consumption. This would be one of them.
I have seen Men at the gym also shaving - well everything. Some swimmers stand there and shave off all of their hair.
Others just trim their pubes. I never really thought about it one way or the other. Strange that you are being a prude about it.
Maybe you should join the pubic shaving brigade to see if you are missing something.
I find the whole thing disturbing...mind you I find the idea of a gym disturbing...!
