Yeah, I found that after, but honestly, I'm still kind of just horrified of the mere existance of these things.

And don't understand why it's maybe okay to put them on prisoners. I've seen way too many movies to be willing to pass over that kind of control of one person over to another. Plus, what if there was just a random malfunction?

So, yeah, still, WTF!
