Yogurt is great to take with antibiotics because it's a probiotic and replenishes the good bacteria that's killed off by the antibiotics. Your digestive system can seriously become decimated by antibiotics. Been there, done that. For adults, just popping some acidopholus pills (another probiotic)can cure a whole boatload of digestive issues.
Kefir is an even better form of yogurt and my kids love it (the fruit flavored ones).
BTW, had to totally laugh at the vitamin C thing....LOL...so you're forcing that on your kids just like I'm doing to mine? Look at what swine flu has us doing Manal! LOL.
Now see if you can also sneak some fish oil into that yogurt and applesauce. Another wonderous substance!
