Tell me what you really think.

Gravatar What a lovely post. I thought you might like a comment just to let you know someone read it and enjoyed it.

Gravatar Oh, honey, I'm in tears right now.

You have no idea how much I needed to read this wonderful, warm and honest advice today.

Have yourself a lovely holiday.

Gravatar I have one word for you (or is it two?). Grandchildren. I hope the daughter-in-question doesn't fall over reading this comment but according to my mom (and my MIL) its 100 times better!

I can see that. All of the hugs, none of the ugly stares from strangers when the kids point and say a word that MEANS "truck" but doesn't sound like "truck" AT ALL.

Gravatar Thank you for this lovely post. It is nice to be reminded of what we have while we still have it . . .

Gravatar Every moment is cherished.

Every memory is prized.

If only there were a way to make it all last longer.

Gravatar Thank you, Mamacita, once again for prodding me to cherish even more the delights I have in my children. Sometimes when we're in the I Need To Forget This Part mode, I catch myself and picture the blithering, tantrum throwing, "NO" yelling preschooler as the dainty baby he once was, and I am immediately propelled to appreciate the preschooler as he is; for soon enough he'll be a teen and I know then I'll be wishing for that preschooler back!

Gravatar The grass is always greener on the other side.

Gravatar Thank you for reminding me today of the gifts of tantrums...and noise!!!!!! LOL (Ya want to come over for Christmas Eve? It's a wild house!)
I loved this post. Especially the one with the geriatric cat. LOLOLOL Depends for a cat!! LOve it!

Gravatar What a beautiful post. You see, Michele sent me and I stayed around for a visit. But I'm too busy so I'll be back. First I'm going to hug my children while they're still little! Thanks!
